Copying SIM contacts from old SIM onto new ?

Hi,

I've just recieved my new orange SPV, and wondered if there is a simple way to to copy all my old contacts from my previous SIM onto the new one using my sync cable.

Hi, welcome to the site!! ;)

If your old SIM is an Orange one, you can put it in your SPV. Then open SIM Manager from the Programs menu (it may be in the Accessories folder). You should then be able to see the contents of your SIM. Under the menu there is an option 'Add to Contacts' - just use this! :)

If your old SIM is not from Orange, you will need to remove the simlock from your SPV - see here for how to do this.
