Servers Down?

I can't reach the planus website, either on PC or SPV, is it down? Also can't send messages from SPV getting the can't reach server message. Anyone throw any light on this?

They seem to be down at present - the reason why the banner isn't appearing on MoDaCo anymore...

Might be a hosting problem, as soon as adam or the other Planus people wake up and recover from their hangovers, I guess they will sort it out.

Hi,

Yes the servers are down. It seemed the server (extremely high spec server) toppled over, after a restart. The datacentre dont seem to be responding to requests to get the server back online - All they have to do is push a button.

I am hoping this'll be sorted by Midday! ;)

nope, the hosting company are not replying to our e-mails. This downtime is rediculous, I think we will be changing our host in the next couple of weeks.

Back up now - our apologies for the inconvience. We had been running a backup and making a few security tweaks that needed a restart - we did so, and it failed to start up again.

caio1, if you have a paypal account you can pay manually now, e-mail or PM me for details. alternatively the automated credit card payment process should be up in 1 - 2 weeks.

I never payed too much attention to that paypal service... I will try to find some info on paypal site to understand if it's suitable for me.
