CALLER ID NOT WORKING !!!

I receive a call from someone on my contacts list... phone rings and displays INCOMING screen.... no name or number ?????.

If I press key to accept call - It then displays the name and number..

I have tried the outlook formatting program to make sure all contacts are in correct format.. but still no joy.... Also if I dont answer call CALL HISTORY displays name & number correctly....

This is really peeing me off,,, I need to know who is calling.. can anyone suggest a fix for me... The phone is updated to op:1.3.5.6 and man:1.3.7.6 and is unlocked/DeCertified..

Dont worry folks,, I've sorted it at last !!!!!

Just to let you know, I had installed the Star Trek LCARS theme, and it generates white text, so on the incomming alert screen white text on white background so it did not show although it was there...

If anyone has the LCARS theme running edit the file lcars.home.xml and change to and it will give you nice red menu text and the incomming caller will also be displayed in red... Sorted.. hope this is helpfull for others with simular probs.. put phone back to default home screen settings then try your incomming screen - all callers will then show up.. lol
