Is it normal that my battery is out of power after 24 hours???

What are u using the phone for, just calls and texts or MP3 etc. :?:

Depends on use (talk / GPRS / etc), but that sounds about right - unless its only been on standby.

I recharge mine each night, just to be on the safe side!

Just a thought, have you installed the UK update? That does improve battery life slightly.

You mean with gprs always connected??

Always connected = there's an application like msn which keep the phone connected...

I don't mean just having the G in the status bar...

What's your case?

then, if you are really always gprs connected, 1 day is great. On orange manual it's stated that it should last 2 hours of "gprs connection".

Mine, with just phone usage (sms,call and sometimes gprs), last 2-2,5 days.

Tap the red hang up button a few times, usually works for me :wink:

if it is just the G (roughtly in the center of the screen) you are not connected to gprs, that just tells you that gprs is available.

and if you are only getting 24hrs out of it with no calls and just in standby then it sounds like you have a dodgy battery, call O and get it replaced

you'd normally expect to get 2-3 days out of it just in standby mode
