Can't Install

I have been trying to install a couple of different programs. One of them is IA utility pac for sp and the other is caller 2 picture. everytime I try to install eighter of these I get the error message. Does not support the connect device. Is there something that I might be doing wrong? ANy help would be greatly apperciated.

I am pretty sure that I didn't. Then again I am kind of new at this. Could the software version on my phone need to be updated?

Is caller 2 picture the only program that I can put on my phone so I can see who is calling?

Nope, theres a SmartFace version knocking about. Download it from my site (see sig), and the links there will take you to the threads concerning it.

You shouldn't have to update your phone for them to work.

Thanks for your help. I have one more question maybe you could help me out with. Earlier today I was having problems with my phone. I ended up doing a hard reset. Now i can't seem to make or receive a call. I am receiving all my text messages. I shows that I have full service. Is there something I need to do to get it to work?

Nothing simple i'm afraid. You might want to try a soft reset (power cycle), turning the radio off then back on, or as a last resort another hard reset?

I downloaded smartface and installed it, but I can't seem to get it to work. Everytime I click the icon nothing happens.
