recently my spv has been playing and is scratched and theres dust under the screen. i dont think that this is a good enough reason for getting a new phone of them.

what excuse can i use to get a new phone.

Drop it, smash the screen. Then ring up and say 'it fell out of my pocket'. They will send round a courier next day and you swap handsets at the door. You wont get a new battery just the handset. The handset isnt new either. Its a re-conditioned one.

I dropped my 7650 by accident and thats what they did with me. But in saying that i'm paying five quid a month for orange care! :oops:
