Should we take on Jobs?

I myself don't mind adjusting a few ringtones here and there, i have sound forge 6.0 and alot of people don't have that kind of software. I was just thinking I wouldn't mind spending an hour a day getting peoples ringtones right for them if others do other jobs already, like the marvelous developers we have, and Midnight for his tweaks, Cocobrownskin for his excellant caller ID templates, that he seems to do immediately if anyone asks, and all the others i haven't mentioned.

We could have a specific area for Ringtones, Skins, Caller ID, Games, Apps etc......

I know i am probably opening a world of work for myself, but I already see lot's of requests and fullfill them as quick as poss....

I kind of feel like i am not contributing as much as i could, for all that i have taken.

Any thoughts or ideas? (Paul especially)

seems like a good idea, I already post the decent ringtones that i make (or find) on the site in the customisation area.

Is there a need for another area or is the customisation one enough?

I think this could be a good idea... I for one would like to contribute more ... but have no skills or talents whatsoever when it comes to graphics/sounds/games etc etc *inno*!

I've learned all about my SPV in these forums... and I'm everso grateful! This could be a way of finding ways out to repay MoDaCo and its users..

Definitely a good idea, i've been feeling guilty for just taking and not giving anything back!

Sounds good, i have a pretty eclecting MP3 collection at work, so don't mind makin up ringtones and stuff, plus i'm a graphic designer, so if peeps want any chaanges and i can help out then i will do my best.

I'm also lookin at devleoping a site for the SPV so would offer any servises for best pratice.

I think another good idea could be tuts, as doing work for people is ok, and i don't mind doing it, but i think people get a greater satisfacttion when they do something themselves. And when it comes to making CAB files and stuff, it can be really hard to find out how to do this sort of stuff, and finding it out the hard way myself, i'd be more than happy to make life easier for everyone else.

what can we do to take this forward then, maybe a sign up thing for different areas of expertise & volunteers could put their names down to do various jobs? Hmm could be tough, but i think it should be done.
