internet conection

Help me I have somehow lost my internet connection. I have checked in DATA CONNECTIONS and it says none available. What should it say

Cry ... then call tech support!!

Now when you say you checked Data Connections .. and it says none .. are there no options .. or do you 'just' need the correct settings to set up the internet again!?
