New: Caller ID setting keeps reverting back to ALL CALLERS

On a day by day basis I keep having to turn caller ID off (i.e No Callers from Settings > Telephony > Caller ID). It keeps reverting back to All Callers but I haven't managed to find out why. I can set it and look at it a couple of hours later and it is still set, but every now and again it reverts back, this will one day catch me out as I do not want my number to become public knowledge.

Does anyone know the prefix numbers to add to the telephone number to turn caller ID off/on per call and I could then force it the numbers in my address book.
