Will Orange Upgrade work in other countries?

Hi,

In the Philippines we use same HTC manufactured model altho it's not branded as SPV.

Will the Orange Upgrade work on our phones as well?

Will it affect the radio stack?

1/ yes it shouild be ok

2/ not sure on that one :? as I have not looked in to it that deep

but I would not have thought so as it works in other countries with

other networks.
