Help in how to save all aps befor a hard reset, please.

My SPV does not anymore synchronise over the air my inbox since 2 weeks. After trying all options, I want to do a hard reset (before bringing back the SPV to Orange), but how can I possibly save all of my apps & settings?

You'll have to save the IPSM to a storage card.
