Have downloaded a unlock program, follow instruction. How long does it take when I see the screen 'Retrieving SPV Unlock Code 0%. I have had my phone connected for 20 minutes and it is still on 0%

Do you have the phone in the Canary PV screen?

Unmfortunately the unlocker isnt compatible with Win98, got a mate with an XP or 2k machine?
