Smarphone owner name

Can anyone tell me if the SP owner name can be accessed inside internet explorer on a secured page? I'm trying to pull it up automatically for a software registration process.

I'm not a programmer, so if it can be explained simply I'd appreciate it.

If so, can you point me in the direction of how it's done?

Why would you do that you can acces it on your phone.

Doesn't it work if you hotsync after editing?
