Exchange Setup

I've seen a few notes on this but still can't get it working.

I'm wondering if it is worthwhile to setup the phone to be able to synch remotely with the company Exchnage server. From experience can some one give me an understanding of the GPRS costs involved?

Does any one have a cheat sheet which goes through all the steps? Do I need to setup a VPN? I couldn't see anywhere to specify the mail server name either.

Generally I'm confused with all the data connection options available!
