Help Wanted - Phone stuck on Sunset Screen

Hi

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a problem with my phone.

I decertified my phone and surfed a couple of websites, I turned off my phone and then turned it back on and now I am stuck on the sunset screen.

Can anybody shed any light on this? I searched the forum and could not find anything of much help, I saw some references to "hard resetting" but I do not know how to do this?

Hard reset instructions, probably a good place to start but doesn't always solve the problem.

It worked eventually, I have lost all of my data, but at least it works now!

Yeah sorry, guess i should have clarified ;)

A hard reset puts the phone back to out-of-the-box status.

If you did an Orange backup anytime before the hard reset, you can still restore this backup to your phone.
