A simple solutoin is to (if you have a car radio with tape) to get such a tape with a wire :-) and plug it into you SPV and the tape in the radio. The mic of ya SPV must be in a range of 0.5 m from your mounth. Pocket in your blouse or something??? For me it workes fine like that.
