Can any of you tell me if i can claim under the 1 year warrenty for dust under the screen. If so who do i go to for a replacement; orange or htc?

It will probably have to be sent to HTC after calling 150 to complain...

Just to let you know it goes to Hayes Repair Center, the number is 01295 662 109. I doubt they would cover dust under the screen because they probably would not see that as a manufacturers fault, its more cosmetic damage, also to note hayes is sh*t, at my workplace when sending off repair phones, the sony ones have to go to hayes and although they say it takes about a week we've had phones that have been there for 4-6 weeks.

they were pretty good with mine, i called reporting my stuck headset mode AND dust in screen, came back within a coupla days working great and not one bit of dust ANYWHERE on/in the phone, and so far none has managed to creep in.
