DO I just transfer them onto my SVP or do I need to encode them? If so can I use NEro or is there a special program to use? Also VCDS, What is the best software to convert Mpeg 1 + 2 films to fit on the SVP? Cheers guys DODGY
Guest NederSoren Posted May 5, 2003 Report Posted May 5, 2003 It is not possible to have mp3 on your svp... But if you have an SPV like the rest of us in here you just copy them... ;).. but copy them to you card.. not to the IPSM :)
Guest casper508 Posted May 5, 2003 Report Posted May 5, 2003 It is not possible to have mp3 on your svp... Of course it is !!!
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted May 5, 2003 Report Posted May 5, 2003 You can play any bit rate mp3's you like on the SPV using Pocket Windows Media Player. The most popular rate being 64kbps .wmv, about the same quality as 128kbps .mp3 and about the same quality, they're also nealry half the size. I use dbpoweramp, google for the download. As for video, your best bet is to use VirtualDub, a freeware video encoder. If you do a forum search for "virtualdub" there are plenty of threads with help and tips on encoding settings. See also Clinteastmans settings.
