odd thing happening

i am trying to load orneta note pad onto my phone but every time i try i get (hp mobile printing .CAB completed successfully installation in progress) it then goes back to home screen,any idea why it is doing this???

ps i installed REPLIGO yesterday and seem to remember something about HP printing somwhere in that

Looks like it's not Orneta Notepad you're trying to install as it says 'hp mobile printing'. Try downloading and installing Orneta Notepad again.

Sounds like the Install has bombed out :(

Can you install anything else?

Ok if not for a failed install do the following...

Hopefully you have (and I'm sure you do) some form of file manager software installed on your phone (if not, why not :))

All-Explorer or if your phones been decertified Smart-Explorer.

You need the file manager app on your phone as Activsync will not be able to see the location of the failed install.

Using the explorer app go to

IPSMWindowsAppMgrInstall

This is where the failed install will be hiding so all you need to do is to either run the

install from that location or just delete it and start again.

sorry its late been working ,I hard reset phone sorry so now we will never be sure what was causing this
