Installing ,exe files

I want to put smartexplorer on my phone. Which directory does the exe file go into so that it appears as an option in my programs?

you can either put it anywhere on the storage card and create a shortcut and put it in IPSMWindowsStart Menu (or you can just put the .exe there)
