Guest benzo Posted May 7, 2003 Report Posted May 7, 2003 Hi I was in Paris last weekend. I set the SPV clock 1 hour forward and also changed the alarm time. When I came back to the UK, I set the clock back one hour and changed the alarm accordingly. The weird thing is, my SPV goes off at the scheduled alarm time and the time I set it to in France; 7 and 9 am respectively. This is beginning to irritate me. What can I do, without having to hard reset? One thing I did notice is that changing the system clock would take at least 6 minutes for it to finish "processing"- egg time of death  Thanks in advance. Benzo
Guest Mr_Protozoa Posted May 7, 2003 Report Posted May 7, 2003 Have you tried removing the alarm, then putting a new one in? Or setting the alarm to a new time like 12:00, and then setting it back to yout intended time?
Guest martin Posted May 7, 2003 Report Posted May 7, 2003 I think if you set the alarm to 07:00 and select off, it would just leave the 09:00 alarm.
Guest mrjuglas Posted May 7, 2003 Report Posted May 7, 2003 Next time, instead of changing the clock settings, just change the time zone you're in - really quick and simple to do and I just did that when I went to Cyprus and it worked a treat, used the alarm and everything and had no problems such as you're reporting...
Guest awarner [MVP] Posted May 7, 2003 Report Posted May 7, 2003 Pop your phone in the cradle and sync with outlook and the times should be sorted out.
