sound when charging

would it be possible to have a sound when the phone begins to/stops charging

quite handy as mine does not always go to the little plug symbol everytime its put into the cradle

Don't think so.

You ever noticed the little LED changing colour? Because if the LED ain't changing from flashing green to solid yellow (or solid green) it ain't charging (or is fully charged but taking power from plug not battery), which might mean you got it plugged in incorrectly.
