Help on Downloading Software

I download software on my laptop then "ActiveSync" my SmartPhone. I get the message that installation is successful but I cannot find the program.

What should I do?

Have you created a shortcut for the app? You need to put it into IPSMWindowsStart Menu. Then when you press programs from the homescreen you will see it in the menu.

If it was a .cab file then it will do it all for you. :)
