help!!pocket tv??

i have recently put pocket tv onto my spv..

i have downloaded a couple sample movies..

i have downloaded tmpeg encoder..

now the link i downloaded the version of tmpeg didnt allow me to make changes (as i was told i could) in the video and sound options..anyway could someone please be as so kind as to break down how i actually ..

copy, convert files into a pocket tv format..?

what files i start with to convert to a pocket tv format..??

in general the idiots guide to putting films etc onto my spv...

this would be greatly appreciated as i do have a vast aray of unreleased films i would love to convert and post to any helpfull smartphoner..
