Cant find whocall d/l link, is it the best anyway?

Hi there, dont have an SPV yet but will have soon, collecting all the software i need.

I have found midnights excellent tutorial for whocall but i have searched everywhere for a download link for whocall and just cant find it. Is it obsolete now? if so which is the best software to use for caller identification.
