I can not install applications on SPV

This Smart Phone is Comlecated, I have spent much times to Hard Reset it, now I can not install SW, when trying to install applications, I'm faced by a causion of insuffecient permissions or untrusted certificate.

You need to app-unlock (or decert) it.

After correctly set your internet spv connections, try with the over-the-air orange procedure:
