Guest celeborn Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 HELLO! i have a problem, i'm trying to de-certify my phone. the problem is, when i have hard booted my phone... and planted it in the docking, at the appearance of the blue screen, it does NOT automatically connect.. so the necesarry active link does not appear and i cannot copy the modified file...that sucks.. any tips ?? thnx.!! celeborn

Also try using the Will's decert app found in the Articles section as it will do the decert for you just follow the onscreen instructions. If you still have no luck try decerting over the air on Orange's Developers site found here

Guest awarner [MVP] Posted May 11, 2003 Report Posted May 11, 2003 Sounds like you have the latest update version so the only option apparently is to do the over the air decert :) Just checking you have been erasing the IPSM then when it says Passed pressing the powerbutton to restart the phone?
