Using SPV on T-mobile

I have an unlocked SPV.. I don't think t-mobile us GPRS for internet in this country>>???

The main question I have though is can I get the SPV to connect to the internet through my pc...if so what settings do I need to change on the spv? (I have adsl)

What counrty are you in? The US?

Welcome to the site :)

To connect the phone to the internet via the PC you have to

set in Activsnc go to OptionsRules and select "The Internet"

in the Pass Through option.

Next is to set up the phone for pass through as well, so go to

ProgramsSettingsData Connections and on the Internet connection

choose Pass through connection.

And that's it, so happy surfin :(

I believe that T-mobile should have GPRS activated on their all SIMS including PAYG.

Have you called them and asked for GPRS re-activation.

I have done..the person who I spoke to said that t-mobile only use gprs for mms not for internet....not sure if I just spoke to an incompetant call centre agent .... it was about 2 months ago..they may have changed
