Guest Shane Posted May 13, 2003 Report Posted May 13, 2003 Please can someone help? When I turn my SPV on a voice says I have new mail and shows the envelope symbol in the top left hand corner of te home screen; however it does not show a “1” in the notification area on the home screen. When I go to my inbox it shows “1” Message in the top banner, but the inbox is empty. When I go back to the home screen the envelope symbol has gone, but if I go back to the in box it still shows “1” message. I have received new e-mails and text messages and deleted all of them, still shows “1” message. I have turned the phone off and on and taken the battery out. HELP!! Thanks Shane

Sounds like you have the old phantom sms, for an easy solution go to Phantom SMS fix in the Articles section :)

Guest Shane Posted May 13, 2003 Report Posted May 13, 2003 None of the downloads will work because they are not digitally signed. Please does anyone have any ideas. Shane
Guest Brody Posted May 13, 2003 Report Posted May 13, 2003 You'll need a de-certed phone to run the apps, try this for more help!!
