Phone in strange language sometimes

For some unknown reason when dailing a number or making a call the heading on my phone changes into french. eg when you start to dial the phone should say number at the to mine says numerotation :? . does anyone know how to get rid of this i have had a look at the phone settings and they are set to english. please help.

ps can i just reeboot the phone so it goes back to all factory standard? if so how?

Did you install the speedups cab from Smartphony?

No need to hardreset!! Just uninstall from Settings>More>4 Remove...

instead of a copy :)
