This whole idea of being able to view your account details is totally messed up. I've just got the authorisation code through the post but i can't even get to the stage to input that as my account number isn't working anymore! Does anybody know how to view/be sent the account number?

Also, i've just checked my inclusive minutes and apparently ive used 90 mins in the last few days...this is despite me only making about 15 minutes of calls! How has this happened? Is it cos phoning 156 uses 10 times the number of minutes or something? Or is it cos i had the wap set to "Orange WAP" rather than GPRS? I can't even recall ever using the WAP facilities, i've stuck to GPRS!

Please help!

I've managed to get into my online account now, but still can't work out where all my inclusive minutes have gone! Surely your GPRS usage doesn't contribute to it, that is a separate isn't it?

If you had the phone set to Orange WAP, then that will eat away at your standard minutes, as it is charged by the minute, the same as voice calls.

This is probably why you have used 90 minutes

the only thing that was set to Orange WAP was the WAP connection though, when would i access WAP? I thought GPRS was the default connection?
