mess up with registration on GPRS promotion pack

I bought my spv 2 days before the end of registrations for the GPRS promotion, it was sopposed to be applied to my account but never was. however becuase i phoned up after the deadline they could no longer apply it to my account.

Orange agreed to credit my acount with 10mb of pay as you go GPRS data, now i am happy that they have offered me something. But i wanted to have at least a month unlimited that is one reason i bought the phone. Does anyone know what i should do? Should i ask them to let me use my gprs unlimited and get them to credit the money onto my bill next month.

Well I guess you could try. But probably 10Mb is the best you can hope for as thats supposed to be the limit of what Orange count as fair use for the unlimited pack. (although it is not really enforced)
