Dockware...Speakerphone On?

I'd love it if there was some kind of app that would launch on the phone (other than activesync) when it was put in the dock. Certain features could be activated or deactivated automatically to optimise its performance in the dock.

Some I'd really like to see would be:

-Speakerphone on by default, so the phone doesn't need to picked up when there's an incoming call

-Vibrate off, my entire computer desk shakes when the phone rings!

-Backlight on, I'm not so sure about this but seeing as the phone is being powered it might as well make advantage of the nice bright backlight

Any ideas on how feasible this would be?
