SIEMENS A50 by Orange

Hi, I live in Greece. My brother brought me recently a SIEMENS A50 by Orange, which he bought in London. It was much cheaper there and the possibility to unlock it was very big. However, till now nobody has managed to unlock my phone, so that I can use it with a greek network. When I put my SIM Card (TELESTET) in the phone, you can see "Phone disabled! NETWORK LOCK" on the display. Could anybody help me, or tell me whom I should ask about that?
