Pocket MVP Chapters?

On pocket MVP I have noticed the section called chapters in the menu. Is it possible to set up chapters in some way with MPEG4 files to allow easier movement through long movies and if so how can you do it?

I have searched and seen the way of doing it for media player using playlists to do a similar sort of thing but I much prefer to watch my video on Pocket MVP.

You can still seek using the seek function, the

fast forward play, and using the last pos in file

save function...
