XML tutorial

Does anyone know of an XML manual as far as the SPV is concerned. Something with all the plugins, the syntax and examples? So far I've been searching this great forum for whatever pieces of information I need (currently I've redesigned my home screen but I feel I need more info for further development) but as far as I can see there is no centralized bank of information. I'd say I am good with HTML (got my own page running out there on the internet) but I need details, particulars etc.

Is there a web page out there with detailed info on creating XML scripts for the SPV? Is there a download I can get from one of you generous peeps?

If so I would be happy to increase the community wealth with home screens and other gifts.

Thanks for those links, I'll have to read up on XML at some point as it seems quite interesting, but while on this topic, does anyone know where I could get a good C++ guide?

Your quite right, Palindrome isn't a palindrome. It's better than typing in Palindromeemordnilap on the logon screen every time tho.

Ok, getting the hang of this xml stuff now and have some home screens in productions. I'll post them as soon as they're done.

What would really help is a xml phone previewer on the PC so I don't have to keep copying the files to my phone everytime I want to check them out. Does anyone know of such a previewing program?

you get an SPV emulator with the SDK, but that is the only way to get one AFAIK.

BOLLOX - SDK is like 100MB download plus the EVC another coupla' hundred which makes it a bit of a pain to go through all of this just for a preview... JAVA anyone??
