Am I covered?

Hi, About 10 mins ago, I sat down and heard a crack, my SPV was in my pocket and I discovered that the screen had cracked and is now blank with a few crack with colour at the edges. I of course signed up with Orange Care whe I got the phone, and I think I am right when I say that they cover me for accidental damage?

So, due to teh circumstances, am I covered for a replacement?

just be carefull what u tell them, read your terms of contract first. a while ago i had to lave my phone on a window cill in the next room to where i was working cause it was the only place to get reception, the phone got nicked, they refused to pay out on orange care due to me not taking due care of the phone :twisted:

I phoned them up (Well, my mum did, seeing as the contract and insurance are in her name) and they are sending me a replacement handset of to be delivered today. An interesting point to make is that my mum told them that I sat down with my phone in a side pocket (Which I did), but later told me that she almost said back pocket, and with Orage Care, you are not covered if you have your phone in your back pocket!?!?!
