Guest bit slow Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 i have just gone to the orange de-cert page and followed the instructions. and it all happened very quickly with no mess... it then said when you get the 'completed' page come up on the 'spv' the job will be done. it all happened very quickly...... does this mean it is now completly de-certed'?????? as when i read through the forum on how to de-cert all i see is the many problems that people have trying to do this. why is this? or have i just been lucky...? please let me know as i am now paranoid that i has gone too well!!!!! many thanks in advance bit slow :? :? :?

Guest Posted May 14, 2003 Report Posted May 14, 2003 I would say that your phone is now de-certed! The Orange de-cert system is sometimes (almost) instant, and sometimes takes hours. It was instant for me the first time I did it :) , the second time didn't work :evil: , and the third time I had to wait overnight :cry: . I s'pose it depends on how many de-cert requests they are dealing with at any particular time. Welcome to the world of de-certed phones!
