SPV UNLOCK PROBLEM

Hi, well I am having major trouble UNLOCKING to any network tried the download SPVUnlock.exe but to no availe I use windows 98 se and my spv has update 1.37 please can anyone help before i crack it against a wall :)

It doesn't really work with win 98!

Find a computer with XP and it should work wonders...
