Oh Dear Help

I have just made a mistake of deleting a couple of files in the IPSM/APPLICATION DATA

I was backing up my vital files like home and sound but deleted out of the wrong one

My phone does seem to be working ok but how do I get them back

I now have

Action Engine

Action Update

Home

Sound

I know that Volitile definately went

Can anyone help, dont fancy doing a hard reset and de-cert again

Also, i think Sound should be Sounds, though maybe it doesn't matter.
