Outlook and Sync Problem? am I the only one?

Do you have problems with outlook and activesync running multiple processes?

I'm getting multiple outlook.exe processes on my pc, especially if i sync phone, WITHOUT first loading outlook.

This causes me 3 problems :

a)Sometimes I cannot run outlook, untill I kill the other outlook processes.

b)Inbox rules don't work.

c)Seems to be a contributing factor to the 'phantomSMS' problem.

I have a 'quirky' setup, so it might just be me, but I'd be interested if anyone else gets this.. or has a good solution. - it's not a big bug, just an annoyance.
