help! i think i killed my spv

hi all,

this is my first post and talk about up to my neck in it.

just tried upgrading the software in my uk spv and had a computer reboot when it started.

all i get now is the 3 colored bars on the screen.

active sync dosn't see the phone anymore.

tried to run the update util again and it sits there with the 3 color screen not doing anything.

please help, i love my spv and am heartbroken.

try hard resetting it. before it goes to the canary screen, hold down the action button till the menu appears

thanks for the reply myke,

try'd everything but managed to sort it.

i killed wcescomm.exe in running tasks and kept trying the update,

it took about 20 times before it started to update.

all working now,

one very happy spv owner again.
