Help! SPV relocked!

Just had my first major incident with SPV since I bought it a few weeks back.

SPV has hard-resetted itself wiping all my customisations and most importantly it has un-decertified itself.

How do I get it unlocked again? Will the Orange site let me do it twice?

This has been reported meny times, Hard Reset all by itself, even mine has done in once.

Just use the orange site again mate.

use orange backup to retrieve some of your stuff if you use it......

Tried Orange site and nothing, no message on my phone appears!

This is the last day of my 2 week trial offer. If I cannot get it unsigned again in an hour, I think I might take it all back!

Any other ideas?

turn off all anti-virus software and then close and re-open the orange browser, this should fix it, i had the same problems!

I can get through the unlocking procedure fine, just nothing happening on my phone.

Sooo annoying and all this for the sake of watching some Futurama episodes on me phone whilst on the tube.

Is there any other way of unlocking via internet. Can I access site through phone (via cradle) and unlock that way?

The Orange OTA unlock sometimes takes a while to filter through to your phone, sometimes as long as overnight.

Be patient - it will come.

Or try again tomorrow :)
