Bug: Outer case cracking up after 15 days use

SYMPTOM:

Hi everyone, well i have had the SPV around 2 weeks now. I can just about live with the crashing, not turning on first go, 4 reboots a day just to get into my messages etc. Want really pisses me off is the cheap build of the phone, the plastic facia around the 7,8,9 *,0 & # keys now has 5 cracks starting to appear and 1 actual break under the 8 key, i am not even calling or texting that much.

RESOLUTION:

Request a replacement handset.

I'm pretty sure this is atypical -- take it back for replacement. I've had 6 phones in heavy (commercial testing) use for about six months now and none are showing signs like this.
