When were they going to tell me?

I've just been browsing the new Orange website and noticed this:

Can I use my inclusive minutes for conference calls?  

Inclusive minutes can't be used for Conference Calling

When were they planning on telling me this? I've had conference calling activated for almost 2 years and it's always previously been deducted from my inclusive minutes.

Do any other networks deduct conference calls from inclusive minutes?
