Problems Installing Update software, lost my windows!!

Last night i tried to install latest software for my SPV phone through my pc to USB cradle...seemed to work OK , but then it said it was removing old software, then had 0% on installing new software then an error came up!!! So now i figured out i got no more windows on my phone :) Or something... Can anyone help me out on how to install the main software so that i can use my phone again !!

when i boot my phone normally i always get 'CARD FOUND', it downloads some stuff and 3 colours come up with 'serial' at bottom left !

How would i go on booting the phone normally and running windows again?

Redo the entire update process from the start.

Keep doing this until it finishes normaly.

The phone will not be usable until this is done.

It currently has no OS installed (the update got as far as erasing the old version), and the 3 colour screen with "serial" or "USB" at the bottom is like the BIOS boot on your PC, before it starts to boot from the OS. Your phone is like your PC with an empty hard drive trying to boot and finding no OS installed.

I keep trying to reinstall the update (1.35) through pc to USB crade while the SPV is on canary screen, but u keep gettin 'connection error'... In my control pannel i notice i can still put files onto my SPV .. May be i could send windows to it .. if i find it somewhere. Know any programs or .exe's i could use to some how fix the problem.

Also .. please come on msn !! makes things easier :)

Sorry, I can't access MSN through this computer, but does it seem to connect to the computer properly?

Oxide and I had a little chat on MSN. Seems the issue was that ActiveSync was still alive and preventing communication between update and phone. He shuld be back soon to tell us how it went. :)

I can't thank Syvwlch enough !! :) I lost my windows and thaught i ruined my phone :? As Syvwlch said it was the active sync connection problem as Wcescomm.exe was running preventing data flow or communication to my Phone from USB in my computer! Luckily the update reinstalled everything, just had to put all my music and videos on an voila!

ALL I CAN SAY IS WITHOUT THIS SITE MY PHONE WOULD BE USELESS !
