I hope this aint too much of a dumb-ass question but does the skin work correctly when viewing video in letterbox mode (ie with phone turned 90 degrees 8) ) ??

Well, as it is now - the skin only makes sense when playing audio files. Since a video can ONLY play in Full Screen (either rotated 90 - default, landscape or vertical). When you watch vids, no skin shows, hence no problem, but in pause it puts it in appropriate 'screen' part of skin.
