Guest Thruk Posted May 18, 2003 Report Posted May 18, 2003 So Orange is offering another GPRS promo - this time for free access to email for 3 months. (That is, access via 20 selected email providers). Orange mobile email promo Anyone going for it? How does it fit with the current extended promo that we seem to be benefitting from? (Forgive me if this has already been discussed. I did search the forum, but do you have any idea how many messages include "GPRS" "promotion" and "orange"??? Life's too short!) PS Anyone else think the "Hard Nosed Businessman" ad campaign is a pile of poo? Thruk
Guest martin Posted May 18, 2003 Report Posted May 18, 2003 PS Anyone else think the "Hard Nosed Businessman" ad campaign is a pile of poo? Yeah, very little imagination and an 'out of date' sense of humour. And what about (no friends) Dylan. You can't escape him on the Orange website.
Guest dma Posted May 19, 2003 Report Posted May 19, 2003  Not another promotion to confuse Orange support staff. I assume that data must be filtered to/from IP addresses of the email providers. This essentially means that anyone that is not collecting email via POP3 with Yahoo/MS/ etc can't use the service. My ISP never figures in any of those "Top 10 Largest ISP" lists.

Guest Dylan Posted May 19, 2003 Report Posted May 19, 2003 Why did they have to steal my name to give to that annoying kid?!?!? Damn you Orange!!! Damn you!!!
Guest Monolithix [MVP] Posted May 19, 2003 Report Posted May 19, 2003 I notice monolithix.org isn't on that list :)
