Where are voice recordings saved, and in what format?

Has anyone managed to find where the voice recordings are stored? I've had a rummage around and can't seem to find anything. Are they in a nice easy to handle format, or is that why i don't seem to be able to find them?

Stored as a .wav file in IPSM/My Documents/Notes.

Oh yeah. For some reason it was a hidden file, that was why I hadn't noticed it at first.

You could record something and then put it as your ringtone...
