Screen burnout

Those nice people at Microsoft sent me an SPV for winning a comp :)

Didn't send me a SIM card that worked :lol:

Sent me a SIM that did :(

Started using phone :D

Left it on overnight, screen burnt out :cry:

Anyone else had this problem. As it was a gift I have no consumer rights, so I've written to Mr Microsoft to try and sort it out.

The lcd isn't covered by the manufacturer's warranty!!!

It appears that they know about this problem.

Whatever you do, don't mess it up, it costs £110 to replace it.
